On-site Sponsorship Opportunities
Please note that the below opportunities are exclusive to one sponsor each, unless otherwise stated. Each sponsor will receive pre-show recognition through the Broker Expo website, and on-site recognition through the official show guide.
- Badges and Registration
All visitors attending Broker Expo will be issued with a badge that must be worn at all times and which bears both the event and sponsor’s logos. The sponsor’s branding will be included on the registration area, visited by all attendees on their entrance to the show; and also on the show lanyards, worn by each attendee.
- Catering Zone
Exclusive branding at the catering zone, based around the hall. This includes large logos on the back wall of the catering area, branding on the menus in the area, and the chance to brand the t-shirts worn by the catering staff. For an extra cost, you may also consider sponsoring the dessert served – which could provide a valuable chance to drive delegates to your stand.
- Delegate Bags
Each delegate attending Broker Expo will receive an official bag upon arrival containing various pieces of show information. The bags will be branded with both the shows and sponsor’s logo and create high brand awareness throughout the event and represents a long-term sponsorship opportunity as they are often used after the show.
- Delegate Bag Inserts
Opportunity to insert A4 sized corporate literature directly into the bags given to all attendees upon arrival.
- Directional Signage
Selected directional signage for Broker Expo will carry the sponsor’s full corporate branding. This is the only logo besides the organiser’s to appear on any signage, viewed by all attendees.
- Seating Areas
The exhibition hall will feature seating areas, to be used throughout lunchtime and refreshment breaks. The opportunity for one sponsor to brand all of these areas creates a very high profile throughout the exhibition hall.
