When is Broker Expo 2021

Registration opens at 8.30am. The expo closes at 5:00pm.

Can I book accommodation at preferential rates?

Am I eligible to attend?

Broker Expo is a trade-only exhibition and members of the general public will not be admitted. Admission is free to approved general insurance brokers and intermediaries who have pre-registered. Registration is also available at the show, but only approved registrants will be granted entry. All registrations are subject to the organiser's approval and the organiser's decision is final. 

Will there be catering at the event?

Exhibitors and attendees can use the refreshments stations within the exhibition hall itself, there are also catering facilities along the entrance hall of the Coventry Building Society 

Can I park at the Coventry Building Society

Parking is available for delegates at an hourly rate. The car park is located outside the main exhibition hall. Car park for Exhibitors is Car park C / B 

I have a colleague who is disabled and requires mobility access to the venue, what do I need to do?

Broker Expo is a step free access event.

Is there a cloakroom onsite?

Cloakrooms can be found in the Atrium near to the registration desk and will be free of charge.

Please Note: for security reasons the visitor registration desk, Organisers Office, Press Office and other such places cannot look after any personal belongings.

What are the COVID-19 Requirements

COVID-19 Guidelines

As capacity restrictions have been lifted, we ask that all Visitors and Exhibitors bring with them proof of double-vaccination, a recent negative test or natural immunity.

Doing this is simple and can be done via one of the following ways: 

  • Proof of full vaccination should you have received both doses at least 14 days prior to the Expo You can present this certification via theNHS COVID Pass within the NHS App, or internationally recognised equivalent. If you do not have a smartphone, pleaseclick here, for details of how to request an NHS COVID Pass letter. 

We ask that no visitor attends if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or/and have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or/and who is experience COVID-19 symptoms themselves or/and feeling unwell.

Additional measures in place 

  • Increased event space by 2000 sqm to accommodate social distancing and increased space in gangways 
  • Extra cleaning and hand sanitizer stations 
  • Minimum human contact registration process
