Broker Concierge Service – Terms & Conditions

The Broker Concierge Service is available to eligible, registered broker delegates attending Broker Expo 2026 on 8 October 2026 at the NEC Birmingham. Participation in the enhanced Concierge experience requires delegates to commit to a minimum of five pre-arranged meetings with participating Broker Expo exhibitors. Meeting availability is subject to exhibitor availability and suitability, and specific exhibitors or meeting times cannot be guaranteed.
Concierge benefits, including Concierge Lounge access, enhanced food and refreshments, dedicated support, hotel accommodation, UK Broker Summit opportunities and UK Broker Awards attendance, are subject to availability and eligibility. Places are limited and may be allocated at the organiser’s discretion.
Complimentary hotel accommodation, where offered, is subject to availability and will only apply to accommodation arranged or approved by the organiser. Any additional costs or expenses incurred by the delegate are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.
UK Broker Awards attendance is subject to eligibility, availability and confirmation by the organiser and is not guaranteed through participation in the Concierge Service.
Delegates participating in the enhanced Concierge experience are expected to attend their confirmed exhibitor meetings. If you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, please notify the Concierge team as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be explored.
The organiser reserves the right to amend, substitute or withdraw Concierge benefits, meetings or elements of the service where necessary. Participation in the Broker Concierge Service does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, introduction or business opportunity.
