In this interactive simulation, delegates will become the leadership team of an established brokerage, working through a series of realistic business scenarios that test their judgement, leadership and strategic thinking. Teams will debate each challenge, make critical decisions under pressure and compare their approach with others to explore how different leadership teams tackle the same issues.
